Terms of Service

Last updated Oct 17, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pulsezen you agree to these terms. If you use Pulsezen for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

Your account

Keep your login details and API keys safe. You are responsible for everything done with your account.

Acceptable use

  • Only add the tracking script to websites you own or manage.
  • Tell your visitors that you use Pulsezen, for example in your privacy policy, and follow the laws that apply to your website.
  • Never send personal data (names, email addresses, phone numbers, account IDs) in page addresses, custom events or event properties.
  • Do not use Pulsezen to send spam, fake traffic or attacks, or to overload our service or anyone else's.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans, limits and payments

Plan limits — number of websites, monthly pageviews and data retention — are shown on the pricing page. When an account goes well over its monthly pageview limit, new events may stop being recorded until the next month or until you upgrade. Paid plans renew or expire according to the billing period you chose. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; already paid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Your data

Your statistics belong to you. You can export them and delete them at any time. We only use them to provide Pulsezen to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and accuracy

We work hard to keep Pulsezen available and accurate, but analytics are never perfect: ad blockers, browsers without JavaScript and apps that hide the referrer can all make numbers differ from other tools. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will let customers know about important changes; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
