AI traffic
Visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot and more get their own channel.

UTM campaigns
Compare newsletters, ads and social posts by source, medium, campaign, term and content.
Email reports
A weekly or monthly summary in your inbox, compared with the period before. Send it to clients too.
Traffic alerts
Hear about spikes, drops or a broken script on Slack, Discord, Telegram, Teams, email or your own webhook.
Shared dashboards and embeds
Share a read-only dashboard with a public link or password, or embed it in any page with an iframe.
Stats API
Pull visitors, pageviews and breakdowns into your own tools with a simple REST API and API keys.
All your websites, one account
Agencies and freelancers can track every client website from a single login and switch in one click.

AI traffic
Find out when ChatGPT sends you visitors
More and more people ask an AI assistant instead of a search engine. Pulsezen recognises visits from AI assistants and groups them in their own channel, so you can see whether that traffic is growing and which pages it lands on.
- A dedicated “AI assistants” channel next to search, social, email and referrals.
- Every assistant listed by name: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek and more.
- See which pages AI assistants send people to, and how those visitors convert.
Detected from the referrer and UTM tags. Some AI apps send no referrer at all, so part of that traffic shows up as direct visits.

Privacy
Useful numbers, without tracking people
Pulsezen is designed for privacy from the first line of code. You get the insight you need, and your visitors keep their privacy.
No cookies, no local storage
The script stores nothing on your visitors' devices and doesn't follow them across websites.
A visitor hash that rotates daily
Unique visitors are counted with a one-way hash of the IP address, browser and website, mixed with a random salt that is replaced every day. Yesterday's visitor can't be linked to today's.
No personal data stored
IP addresses are never written to the database. We keep only what your reports need, such as the page, source, country, browser and device type.
Your data is not for sale
Your stats stay on our own servers. They are never sold, shared with advertisers or used to build profiles.
Pulsezen is designed for privacy, but rules differ from country to country. Check what your local law requires for your website.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Everything you want to know before you add the script.
Do I still need a cookie banner?
Pulsezen sets no cookies and stores no personal data, so for many websites it doesn't need a consent banner. Rules differ by country, and other tools on your site may still need consent, so check your local law or ask a legal advisor if you're unsure.
How are visitors counted without cookies?
For each visit we compute a one-way hash from the IP address, the browser's user agent, the website and a random salt that is replaced every day. The hash tells us whether two pageviews on the same day came from the same visitor. The IP address itself is never stored, and because the salt changes daily, nobody can follow a visitor from one day to the next.
What about ad blockers?
Some ad blockers block analytics scripts, so a small share of visits may be missed. If you need every visit, you can serve the script and its endpoint through your own domain (a first-party proxy) with the data-api attribute.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your stats are never sold, shared with advertisers or used to build profiles. You can export your reports to CSV at any time, and deleting a website deletes all of its data.
Which AI assistants can you detect?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, DeepSeek, Grok, Meta AI, Mistral, Poe and more, from the referrer or UTM tags they send. Some AI apps send no referrer, and those visits show up as direct traffic.
Can I import my Google Analytics data?
Not in this version. You can run Pulsezen next to Google Analytics for as long as you like and switch over when you're ready.
